On September 11, 2026, the Grove City community gathered for the annual 9/11 Prayer & Remembrance Ceremony.

I had the privilege of joining Honor Flight Columbus as veterans returned home after spending the day in Washington, D.C., visiting the memorials built in recognition of their service and sacrifice.

More than a walk, this event was a reminder that every conversation matters, every life has value, and no one should have to face their struggles alone.

Years ago, we were just a couple of classmates figuring out what came next. Before long, we found ourselves in Army uniforms, beginning a journey that would shape much of our lives.

This week, I had the privilege of watching a longtime friend graduate from Drill Sergeant School as the Distinguished Honor Graduate.

Grateful for the opportunity to capture Pilates for a Purpose for Shanley Kline - an incredible night supporting the Denise Marie Flaherty Memorial Foundation and raising over $3,700 for families fighting cancer!
