I’ve wanted to do more for a long time. Creating a community where everyone could be accepted and loved has been a dream of mine that I’m finally bringing to reality. Mental health matters to me, and it’s something that’s not talked about enough. Through my own fight with depression, thoughts of suicide, and journey to overcome trauma I want to share the truths and reality of mental health. My goal is to get rid of the stigma. To empower anyone going through difficulties to own your wounds. I really just want to help, and I believe that sharing our stories will do that.
